This isn’t "just balloon twisting", it’s full-on walk-around entertainment. I move from table to table, twisting balloons, making people laugh, and creating a festive atmosphere for all of your guests, not just those getting balloons. There is also a special balloon for the birthday child, when we sing Happy Birthday.
