Dear
Chris da Clown:
I am writing this email because after today's performance I felt
the urge to express my appreciation to you for all your efforts
in making my keiki happy throughout this year.
It was earlier this year, when
my daughter and I watched your performance at Pearlridge for the
first time. I must say, you really impressed us. Your humor, good
fun, and genuine love of children truly showed that day, and each
day thereafter we were lucky to catch your show (at Sam Choys in
Diamond Head, Downtown Pearlridge, and at the first Breakfast with
Santa this month).
No surprise, you came through
each and every time, consistently providing good fun and laughter.
Its funny, the very first time we watched you, my daughter and I
participated in one of your contests (wrapping my daughter in toilet
paper). We didn't win that day, but we definitely had fun, and that
was all that mattered. However, I promised myself that I would try
harder to help my daughter win one of your extraordinary balloon
creations the next time I had a chance. ;-)
That next time came during Breakfast
with Santa. Come on, you remember, I was the idiot who sprinted
up to the front, stepped on a few children just so I could grab
my daughter and assume we were already chosen to play. You caught
us, sent us back, then graciously selected us to participate. Well,
needless to say, we were fortunate to win the grand prize, your
Christmas tree creation.
Yes, I may have contributed to
her prize, but honestly, you made my daughter extremely happy that
day. Again, you had invited us to watch your story telling at Pearlridge.
First, let me say, your props were great, especially for last minute
creations (thanks to the floods). Your performance was just as expected,
extremely enjoyable. And I must say, your balloon creations were
awesome! My daughter and I participated and were once again fortunate
to win the grand prize.
I don't know how you did it,
but your Santa sleigh and reindeer creation was spectacular. Once
again, you made my daughter extremely happy, and I am grateful to
you. You've been a dad now for over a year , so I know you understand
when I say, we will do anything for our children to make them happy.
Many thanks to you for making my daughter happy. You definately
make us "lucky we live hawaii". I wish there were more
of you out there. You're extremely talented and exhibit true love
of your trade. Keep up the great work and I hope to see you again
soon.
Sincerely,
Guy Sgambelluri
